Above a Laccaria amethystina/Amethyst Deceiver. When it is young, the colour is a vibrant purple. The colour fades as it ages so this specimin is older.
Below, on the right an Amanita vaginata/Grisette. The volva, a sac that can be found at the base of the mushroom is always close to the stem, not bulbous.
Along the edge of the cap one can see light stripes. This is typical of the mushroom.
